THE DIFFERENCE and Benefit of PURE ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OILS

There is a great deal of news – and an ever-increasing entry of companies, into the realm of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy. The is a huge difference, however, between pure organically grown oils and others that are harvested from non-organic farms or soils, some of which may even have harmful contaminants.

Pure organic essential oils are extracted from plants that are grown using only natural and organic fertilizers and pesticides. They are free from harmful chemicals and synthetic additives, making them a healthier and safer option for personal and home use. Organic essential oils are also usually sourced from sustainable farms that are committed to protecting the environment and supporting local communities.

Non-organic essential oils, on the other hand, are extracted from plants that are potentially treated with synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. These chemicals may affect the potency and purity of the extracted oil and may even leave harmful residues that may pose health risks when used.

The challenge for consumers and compromising impact is that  non-organic essential oils are less expensive and more readily available. They also do not offer the same or any therapeutic benefits as pure organic essential oils. Organic essential oils typically have a stronger and more pleasant scent, as well as higher levels of therapeutic compounds like terpenes, which provide aromatherapy benefits. Pure organic essential oils are not tested on animals, ensuring that they are cruelty-free, which is paramount to us – and to many people; sadly, however, not all.

In a nutshell, choosing pure organic essential oils is the best option for those who value their health and the environment. And also want to enjoy a wonderfully pleasant scent.
