Exchanges & Returns 

Your delight and satisfaction is our number one priority. Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 calendar days from the original order date. All items returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging, unworn or unused to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping costs are excluded as are other specific products, including masks, face coverings, inhalers and socks, for sanitary purposes. Of course, defective products are always acceptable for return. For approved exchanges or returns within the contiguous United States, simple write us at customercare@TRU47.com and we will respond directly and also be able send a return label for you to print out and affix.

 International Returns/Exchanges:

UK/Canada/Europe/Australia Returns: Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer who will be billed for this expense. Some customs agencies process refunds for customs/duties paid and we advise you reach out to your local customs and duties agency for further information. TRU47 does not refund International Customs/Duties. To initiate a return, please emails us at customercare@TRU47.com

 Exchanges & Other International Returns: To initiate an exchange for other countries, please send an email to customercare@TRU47.com the following details to receive further return instructions. Exchange shipping will be paid for by the customer.

  • Order # or email address on the order
  • Full Name and Shipping Address on the order
  • Item(s) you'd like to return and/or exchange
  • Reason for return for each item
  • If this is an exchange of size, please note your specified size you

Domestic Shipping

For locations in the USA, we are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $95! For orders under $95, there will be a $9.75 shipping fee.  

Most Standard Shipping orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

Please provide us with an accurate shipping address, as TRU47 is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. If a package needs to be re-shipped or intercepted mid-transit due an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for a $20.00 Change of Address Fee. 

NOTE: We do offer Express Delivery Shipping – Please see shipping options for expedited shipping rates. Orders placed after 11:00am Arizona Standard Time or on weekends or holidays will not ship until the next business day.    

Shipping Confirmation 

Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will also provide you with your tracking information. Please be sure to add customercare@TRU47.com to your safe list to assure you receive the email. You can also log into your account to get ship dates and tracking information. 

International Shipping  

Good news! TRU47 ships internationally.  

Canadian, UK and Australian residents are able to order directly from TRU47.com.

All orders placed via email or phone will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. 

International Shipping and Handling Charges 

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To get an estimate of shipping charges for your order (if other than Canada, Australia, Scandinavian and the United Kingdom customers) just send an email noting the products to customercare@TRU47.com. Our team will respond with your total order costs to get your authorization of all charges. Free shipping offers apply only to shipments going to a United States address. 

International Duties and Taxes 

Please note that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are not within our jurisdiction and are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper delivering your order and you have to pay the carrier for these charges in order to receive your order. When you place your international order, you also agree to pay any and all of the taxes and duties which may apply for your country. For more information on duty rates or estimates, you may want to check with your local agencies.
